It was a fun family experience with everything mostly clean. However, we were incredibly disappointed with the service. I counted five different staff members working while we were there but most of them were wandering around talking to each other or hiding out in the VIP birthday room the whole time. When we asked (three times) for someone to help us with the rock climbing, we were told that they were too busy but they'd come help when they got a chance. In the two hours that we were there, they never did. There were never more than 3-8 kids in the building at a time - they just completely blew us off. Glad we didn't pay full price. 😑
