Development of user numbers per day – JUMP Parks, data from Google Analytics

Google Analytics clearly shows upward spikes for the fall vacations and the slump due to coronavirus closures. The absolute majority of users still come from Germany (see screenshot below). This can be explained by the fact that the website only included German trampoline halls for a long time and the portal has a much better reputation here in Germany in the form of referrals etc.

Wachstumspläne für 2022/2023

Germany should take a back seat as the main source of users. In other words, the halls in the USA and Europe should gain significantly more visibility. The website currently has around 32,000 clicks via Google per month. This is to be increased to at least 250,000 clicks by the end of 2023. To achieve this, it will be necessary to commercialize the portal in the medium term.

  1. Various data such as images, logos etc. are still missing for the trampoline halls in Europe. These will be completely updated in Q1 2022.
  2. Picture galleries will be added for each hall to give users more impressions of the hall in addition to the video (which is available for almost all halls).
  3. The profile pages of the halls will be thoroughly revised.
  4. The speed of the website will be fine-tuned again. I had booked a freelancer for this, but unfortunately the user experience has become significantly worse due to the reloading of content.
  5. Pages will be added on the vision of the project and the team behind the project.
  6. From Quarter 2 2022 there will be regular blog posts again (1-3 per week) to strengthen the portal and make more users aware of the topic of trampoline halls.
  7. From Quarter 2/Quarter 3 2022, there will be premium profiles for trampoline halls that specifically transfer users to the trampoline hall itself.
  8. From Quarter 3/Quarter 4 2022, there will be a quality manager who will keep an eye on the quality of the entries and constantly develop them further.
  9. From Quarter 3/Quarter 4 2022, the entire website will be available in Polish, Spanish and French in addition to German and English.
